Because hot damn, 10/10! W ould daily, roadtrip, and autocross.
I’m gonna be honest here, they actually made a better C2 Corvette.

What do all y’all think of these? I’m inclined to order that bodykit and install it on a Miata myself if I have to. Limited production, yeah whatever.

Noticing they don’t have an RF version. Knowing how upset the Miata camp is at me already with my Miauto, this would really do the trick for just letting the whole thing burn.

Do a Flyin’ Miata V8 swap, but keep the automatic.
Miata is automatically the answer :D

Drop in a Fl yin’ Miata LS kit for the authentic Corvette experience.

OH man, they would go nuts. I upset them yesterday with my cheapo ebay antenna. They are not fans.

No - it looks fatter than an ND to me, and unless it has 8 pistons, it sure as hell isn’t better than a C2. Plus the headlights are a silly afterthought.
I’ll take the 180 hp ND with a soft top, pleeeeeezzze!

Much better - but I want that drivetrain in the stock body ND.
I’m not a fan of any retro re-body I have ever seen - the proportions always end up wrong, and this one is no exception to me. They did an okay job on the rear end, though the overhang is too short.
The front *might* have been okay if they hid those headlights.

Finally made a good looking miata. Go for it.

The LS3 ND is one of my top “reasonably achievable, ridiculous automobile” goals, except that it’s not CARB-legal currently :(

Maybe if you tossed the steel bumpers. Yikes.

Damn it Mitsuoka, why can’t you figure out how to get into the US as a botique automaker of some kind? Sell it for more than the average ND of course, but having more options for roadsters would be nice.
That and you can probably sell this to people longing for C2s.

Time to LS swap a Miata, amiright?

Throw them and everything else Mitsouka has ever touched into a bottomless pit.

That would be a sweet, sweet, ridiculous machine.
Get Montana plates for it maybe?

I’m a big fan of the C2. But I have to say I like this even better. I’d happily own one of these (if I had 41k to buy a fun car with)

Between the body kit and a Flyin Miata V8 you are looking at an $80,000 car. You could just buy a Corvette for an authentic Corvette experience.

better than this
